With the advent of synthetics, much talk about motor
oils and lubrication has resulted. Many of us who chose to make a
living selling these new "synthetic" lubricants found ourselves
in a position of needing to know the basics of lubrication because
the real truth is that there are vast differences in the physical
properties of synthetics when they are compared to the petroleum oils
most of us were using.
While it is always, "benefits," that cause
people to buy a thing, an understanding of the its features is very
helpful if you are in a profession where customers will be asking
basic questions about, " which motor oil to use, how often to
change oil, or is it worth the extra cost o buy synthetics?".
These are just a few. Too many people ask, "isn't OIL? OIL?"
Many believe that ALL oil is the same and that terms like "synthetic,"
"energy conserving," "better gasoline mileage"
and many other terms are simply, "Marketing Hype." These
and many other, "misconceptions," are clarified with a basic
seminar on lubrication.
I have been an Amsoil dealer for better than 26 years.
During those years I have been privileged to set in on many hours
of specialized training on lubrication and motor oil applications.
With this background I feel qualified to help individuals, mechanics,
maintenance managers and any with a desire to have a basic knowledge
of lubrication.
I am available to conduct "Free of charge,"
a generic lubrication seminar for your organization, school, or interest
group. The seminar is not a glorified sales pitch for Amsoil products.
People seem always interested in asking questions about Amsoil products
and I want to be free to answer such questions and provide literature
for those interested. My seminar hand-out literature is of a generic
nature.
Therefore I welcome invitations to conduct your lubrication
seminar.
